With the release of their latest EP ‘Too Hot, Too High’ on Westway Records, Sangers & Ra plus N’Fa have become the breaks household of three.
Sangers & Ra, N’Fa Represent-a!
Everything about this EP is tops – from the dope artwork to the slick beats. Just check the art – I’m particularly liking the MOOG reference, and subtle affirmations of breaks&enter and the blah blah blah festival. Klassy – for killer class!
Even the remixes are a subtle nod to the exclusive tastes these gents know how to cater to: from dirty Dutch house, electro, dub to breaks. And it’s getting quite the attention, with b-boys like The Freestylers, NAPT, Plaza de Funk, Nick Thayer, D-Funk and Cutloose giving the EP ‘the nod’ – you know ‘that nod’, right?
I can definitely see the electro and dubstep fiends who don’t mind venturing into the rabbit hole giving this a spin.
